Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.
How to return
Write to us at studio@franciscanabinho.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and which pieces you'd like to return.
Returns are free of charge. Please don't send anything back before contacting us — packages sent without a return request can't be processed.
Condition
To be accepted, items must come back in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. We inspect every return on arrival.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and email you within 5 business days to confirm whether it's been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Your bank may take a few additional days to post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven't seen it, write to us at studio@franciscanabinho.com.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at studio@franciscanabinho.com within 7 days with photographs and your order number. We'll send a prepaid return label and make it right.
