We ship everywhere.
Every order leaves our studio in Portugal by DHL Express and arrives within 3 to 5 business days.
Complimentary on orders over 500€.

Duties and taxes

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. All orders are shipped delivered duty paid: any customs duties and import taxes are already included in your total, and there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.

Duties and import taxes are not refunded if you return your order. They are collected by the customs authority of your country at the moment of import and cannot be recovered by us.

Delivery

Orders are prepared within 2 business days. The delivery window begins when the parcel is collected by DHL, and you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number at that moment. Customs clearance can occasionally add a day or two beyond the window above.

Made-to-order pieces are produced for you and dispatched within [4 to 6] weeks. If your order contains both an in-stock and a made-to-order piece, it ships together once the made-to-order piece is ready, unless you ask us to split it.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes or to military addresses.

Customs information

DHL may need additional information to clear your parcel — usually a tax identification number, and in South Korea a Personal Customs Clearance Code (개인통관고유부호). You may be contacted by email, telephone or SMS to provide it. This is a customs requirement and never a request for further payment. Without it, your parcel cannot be delivered and will return to us.
